Business Travel Consultant Duties:
- Provide a unique hands-on service to clients and key accounts by sourcing the best travel solutions to meet their requirements.
- Booking flights using GDS along with other travel related products.
- Building rapport and strong relationships with clients and offering advice in all aspects of Business Travel.
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
Business Travel Consultant – essential requirements:
- Experience within the corporate travel industry as a Business Travel Consultant is essential based in the UK.
- Experience of using GDS such as Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus is essential.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
