Tailormade Travel Consultant duties:
- Liaising with clients and travel agents, putting together travel quotes, following up existing enquiries and providing advice over the phone, email and live chats.
- Building a rapport with the client and establishing their needs.
- Using your flair for selling and inspiring the dream with travellers.
- Crafting and offering a wide range of holiday types including tours, adventure travel, luxury itineraries, safari, guided breaks and many more.
- Speaking with clients regarding extensions and stopovers.
To be considered for this role you must have tour operator or travel agency sales experience. Conversant with GDS such as Amadeus or Galileo is ideal but not essential. Happy to travel once a month to the London office – easy connection for applicants who live outside of London.
