We are seeking an experienced Ticketing and Refunds Consultant to join a long established travel company based in Manchester, hybrid working model. Ideal for an experienced ticketer looking for career development within a forward thinking travel company in which you will be rewarded for your hard work.
This role encompasses queue monitoring, manual ticketing and refund request processing, including issuing credit notes to customers and Weekly BSP reconciliations.
Ticketing and Refunds Consultant Duties:
- Monitoring ticketing queues across various countries
- Manually completing reissues and Group tickets, as well as dealing with tickets that are not
- completed by the Auto-ticketing function
- Collaborating with operations staff to resolve ticketing or refunds problems
- Applying to airlines for refunds via Amadeus and BSP link
- Completing the weekly BSP/ARC reconciliations process
- Completing daily reconciliation reports between Amadeus and Agresso
- Issuing credit notes
- Resolving ADMs
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar ticketing and refunds role.
- BSP experience.
- GDS experience such as Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre.
