We are seeking an experienced, driven and dynamic CIPD qualified HR Manager to join a long established and diverse travel company that offers a range of travel services across the globe.

HR Manager Duties:

  • Establishing and leading the hiring procedures necessary to recruit and hire workforce.
  • Set up, conduct, and manage interview processes proving high standard of professionalism.
  • Update and manage a full comprehensive induction process.
  • Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives for the company associated with employee relations and employee rights.
  • Formulate, updated, and communicate HR policies, procedures, programs, and laws.
  • Promote a high level of employee morale, motivation, loyalty and retention.
  • Leads the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans (PDPs) and employee development programs.
  • Establishes the company wage and salary structure.
  • Oversee the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raise
  • Recommending changes in benefits offered, especially new benefits aimed at employee satisfaction.
  • Leading company compliance with all existing governmental and labour legal and government reporting requirements.

To  be considered for the HR Manager post the candidate must have HR management experience, happy to work in a diverse culture, CIPD qualified and happy to work in London a few days a week for the role.
