Exciting role for an Italian speaker from a tour operator or travel agent seeking career development with a forward thinking travel company.
This exciting travel role entails a wide range of tasks in which no day will be the same, this includes:
- Delivering high-quality personalised support for travellers using your excellent research skills.
- Creating various UK, European and worldwide travel types relating to the customer requirements.
- Exceeding all client expectations.
- Arranging travel across the globe throughout Europe, Asia, South America, USA, Indian Ocean and beyond. This includes flights, accommodation, tours, restaurant bookings, airport lounges, car hire and many other travel products.
Person Specification:
- The Italian Speaking Travel Consultant must be from a travel background within sales such as a tour operator or travel agent.
- GDS experience such as Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre – ideal but not essential as training is provided.
- Experience in delivering high-quality personalised support and have excellent research skills
- Be able to use your own initiative and creativity to best meet the needs of clients
- Fluency (both written and spoken) in English and Italian is essential. Native level Italian desirable.
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Phenomenal communication skills – in English and Italian.
- Candidate must be based in the UK with rights to work full time.
