We are looking for an experienced German Speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a highly successful travel company due to remarkable growth. This is a great opportunity for either an in-house or agency recruiter to transition into an Internal Talent Acquisition role. German Speaking Talent Acquisition Manager Duties:
- Effectively sell the benefits of the company, whilst building strong relationships with the heads of departments to understand exactly what they need in a candidate.
- Source potential candidates from a wide pool of talent.
- Drafting eye catching job adverts and job descriptions.
- Managing all stages of the recruitment process.
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.
- Staying updated on recruitment market trends.
Requirements:
- Fluent German Speaking (Mandatory)
- Proven experience of managing high volume recruitment campaigns
- An extremely high level of motivation and drive
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
- Meticulous levels of attention to detail
- Ability to think outside the box and find hard to reach talent
- Exceptional stakeholder management ability
- Ideally previous experience hiring for customer/client services style roles
- Minimum of 3 years’ direct recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
