We are seeking an experienced Travel Sales Performance Manager to join a leading luxury travel company managing a team of travel specialists working from home or in the London / Essex area. As an experienced, self-driven and motivated leader, you will be responsible for driving sales and exceeding targets, motivating agents to go that extra mile and developing your team through continuous performance coaching.
The experienced Sales Manager shall be monitoring, evaluating and reporting on sales data to keep the team and the department updated as well as looking at trend analysis and sales conversion improvements.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in people management/leadership within the travel industry is essential
- A competent performance coach able to develop others and increase sales conversion
- Great relationship builder who can inspire their team to success
- A passion for people management and performance coaching
- Knowledge and experience of using GDS such as Amadeus/Galileo is ideal but not essential
