This opportunity is ideal for a leisure or business travel consultant conversant with GDS looking for an exciting career. We would consider travel professionals relocating from the Netherlands to the UK as the role is homeworking.
Duties:
- Looking after customers travel needs from first enquiry to travel completed whether by phone or email
- Provide a professional consultancy service for all clients, anticipating their needs and offering a range of value added solutions to exceed their expectations.
- Book a range of travel products and offer professional advice, inclusive of our specialist fares.
- Use a consultative sales approach.
- Achieve and maintain targets whilst working efficiently
- Regularly check and action airline queue messages and monitor existing bookings that are on hold.
Essential Requirements:
- Passion and experience in business or leisure travel.
- Fluent in speaking Dutch.
- Legal right to work and live in the UK.
- Native GDS experience, such as Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills who can deal with clients over the phone, emails and other channels such as webchats and social media.
