We are seeking an experienced Dutch, French or German Speaking Travel Consultant to join a highly successful travel company working remotely. This exciting role is ideal for a leisure or business travel professional conversant with Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre seeking a rewarding career and something a little different.
Dutch, French or German Speaking Travel Consultant Duties:
- Looking after customers’ travel needs from first enquiry to travel completed, by phone or email.
- Using GDS to book flights across the globe along with booking a range of travel products including accommodation, transfers, car hire etc.
- Providing a professional consultancy service for clients, anticipating their needs and offering a range of value-added solutions to exceed expectations.
- Booking a range of travel products and offering professional advice, inclusive of specialist fares.
- Regularly checking and actioning airline queue messages and monitor existing bookings on hold.
To be considered for this post the applicant must have leisure or business travel experience, conversant with Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre. Fluency in Dutch, French or German is essential.
