This exciting opportunity is ideal for a German speaking travel professional from a tour operator or travel agent seeking career progression and something a little different.
German Speaking Travel Executive Duties:
- Planning and managing tour groups.
- Booking and monitoring a range of travel services.
- Ensuring the smooth running of tours.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with suppliers and clients.
- Compiling and delivering accurate high quality documentation.
- Writing precise client itineraries.
- Interacting with a wide variety of international clients.
- Designing and creating attractive sales material.
Essential Requirements:
- Fluent in English & German – reading and writing.
- Travel experience from a tour operator or travel agent is essential.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Good cultural and geographical knowledge of the U.K. & Ireland.
- Experience with Tourplan system ideal but not essential.
