Business Travel Consultant Duties – no day will be the same:
- You will be working from the fabulous London office with the great team to provide exceptional levels of service to corporate travellers looking to book travel across the globe.
- Building relationships whilst providing a ‘high-touch’ service to clients.
- Create and complete various travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, rail)
- Providing insightful recommendations that provide the best traveller experience
- Handle a wide range of bookings from simple ones to complex bookings and multi destinations, ticket exchanges and complex fares
Business Travel Consultant – essential requirements:
- Experience in a Business Travel Consultant role with exceptional levels of customer service is imperative.
- You must be proficient in either Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus.
- Happy to work in the London office 3 days a week and 2 days from home – non negotiable.
