With a great reputation in the travel industry delivering world-class service to customers this is a great role for an experienced business travel consultant looking for their next step in their career.
Media Business Travel Consultant Duties:
- Providing full scope travel services for the highest-level travelers for several client accounts.
- Creating accurate complex travel requests for car, hotel, air, rail for high touch accounts including VIP, Concierge, Film/TV Production, News and Publicity travelers.
- Using GDS to book flights.
- Providing insightful recommendations to provide the best traveler experience.
- Handling special requests including hotel upgrades, charter flights, car service, excess baggage, production vehicles, etc.
- Responding to requests via phone, email, chat promptly, completely and professionally.
- Maximize the use of client negotiated airfares, cars, and hotels.
- Arrange Meet n Greet and car service/Limo.
- Handling some group travel.
