We are seeking an experienced full or part time Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant to join a highly successful travel company. Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant Duties:
- Arrange client travel, research locations and source availability.
- managing the booking process from start to finish.
- Manage complex bookings out of hours.
- Provide efficient customer service to ensure our clients’ needs are fully met.
- Locate the best available rates and in the best location available.
- Deliver on revenue targets through building VIP client relationships to stimulate and retain new and existing business, respectively.
- Process all reservation requests, confirmations, changes and cancellations received over the telephone or email.
- Monitor and Manage GDS queues and provide support when required.
Essential Requirements
- Business travel experience is imperative.
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
- Fantastic attention to detail.
- Strong Negotiator and a professional telephone manner.
- Advanced Computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and use of the internet).
