Business Travel Consultant Duties:
- You will be working with customers requiring assistance across a variety of travel services.
- Support customers with complex travel arrangements, including booking flights using GDS, accommodation, car hire, transfers, airport lounges and many travel extras.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients whilst offering a cutting edge customer service.
Essential Requirements:
- Business Travel experience is a must to be considered for this role.
- Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre GDS is also essential.
- Exceptional customer service skills
