Corporate Travel Business Development Manager Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand B2B sales within the travel industry.
- Identify and establish new business relationships with a range of industries and promote our clients travel services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate and finalize business agreements, contracts, and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company’s travel services.
- Generate new business leads and develop new business deals with ongoing phased follow-ups to clients/accounts won.
- Develop relationships and account-manage portfolio of existing clients through all stages, striving for total client satisfaction to secure repeat business.
