We are seeking an experienced Business or Leisure Travel Consultant remote working in the West Coast of America.
This well known, and successful, travel management company offers an array of travel services to corporate clients across the globe. This exciting opportunity is ideal for an experienced Business or Leisure Travel Consultant based in the West Coast of America looking for work remotely.
Business Travel Consultant Duties:
- Looking after the travel needs for corporate client booking flights, accommodation and travel extras.
- Providing a professional consultancy service for all clients, anticipating their needs and offering a range of value-added solutions.
- Booking a range of travel products and offer professional advice, inclusive of our specialist fares.
- Directly managing travel for VIPs.
- Using a Consultative Sales approach.
- Attending team updates and participating in team meetings and activities.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience of working in business or leisure travel.
- Native/Proficient English language skills (verbal and written).
- Native GDS experience is essential such as Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus.
- Legal right to work and live in North America.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills who can deal with clients over the phone, emails and through other channels such as webchats and social media.
Please note only suitable candidates from a leisure or business travel background with GDS experience will be considered for this post based in West America.
