Due to success and expansion, they are now seeking experienced and sales driven Tailormade Travel Sales Consultant, hybrid working model based in London or remote working.
This well-known tour operator offers various destinations throughout the world including Europe, USA, Indian Ocean, South East Asia, South America, Middle East, Indian Subcontinent, Australia & New Zealand.
This exciting travel sales consultant opportunity is ideal for a driven travel professional with strong sales skills from a tour operator background.
This exciting tailormade travel sales role entails a wide range of tasks in which no day will be the same, this includes:
- Meeting all client expectations whilst offering a cutting edge customer service.
- Selling & arranging inspirational journeys across the globe.
- Crafting a range on holiday types including luxury trips, family vacations, city breaks, two centre, tailormade holidays, all inclusive packages, plus many more.
- Up selling travel extras such as car hire, travel insurance and airport lounges.
- Offering advice and recommendations for various trips.
- Handling incoming calls and driving sales.
- Converting incoming enquiries into a sale and earning lucrative commission.
Essential Requirements
- Sales experience within a tour operator is key.
- Experience of CRS / GDS Flight systems such as Amadeus, Galileo or Worldspan is essential.
- Be sales driven and passionate about travel.
- Have excellent telephone manner and written communication skills.
- Have a high degree of accuracy and excellent eye for detail.
