We are seeking an experienced Tours Travel Consultant to join a highly successful travel company working remotely or hybrid based in London.

Groups Tours Travel Consultant duties:
- Talking to clients and travel agents, putting together travel quotes, following up existing enquiries and providing advice over the phone, email and live chats.
- Crafting and offering a wide range of holiday types including tours, adventure travel, luxury itineraries, safari, guided breaks and many more.
- Providing customer service via live chat and email
- Chasing up existing enquiries
- Upselling travel extras to customer to maximise revenue
- Advising customers on extensions and stopovers
To be considered for this role you must have tour operator or travel agency sales experience and be conversant with GDS such as Amadeus.
