We are seeking an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join a leading travel management company due to remarkable growth in corporate travel. We have several roles working fully remote, or hybrid in the London or Manchester areas. Various hours are available including Monday to Friday office hours along with out of hours. Ideal for an experienced Business Travel Consultant looking for a rewarding career or looking to get back into the industry.
Business Travel Consultant Duties:
- Providing outstanding customer service to corporate travelers before, during and after their business trips.
- Delivering a safe and enjoyable journey to clients’ traveling.
- Create and complete travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, rail)
- Providing insightful recommendations that provide the best traveler experience
- Handle a wide range of booking from simple ones to complex bookings and multi destinations, ticket exchanges and complex fares
- Benefit from comprehensive training by experienced colleagues and use our clients intranet to always stay up to date
Please note only suitable candidates from a business travel background will be considered for this post with GDS experience.
