We are currently looking for an experienced VIP Luxury Travel Expert who will use their sales skills and knowledge of destinations worldwide to handcraft bespoke itineraries. This exciting luxury travel role is working from home, based in the UK or West Coast of USA.
This great opportunity is ideal for a luxury travel consultant from a tour operator background with experience in handling VIP & Middle Eastern clients and able provide excellent customer service, think outside the box and find solutions for our high-net-worth clients.
VIP Luxury Travel Expert Duties:
- Design each travel journey paying particular attention to exemplary service.
- Selling a range of luxury travel products across the globe.
- Booking private jets, first class fares, luxury hotels across the globe along with tours.
- Offering unparalleled customer service and excels in maintaining excellent supplier relations.
- Negotiating rates with travel suppliers.
Essential Requirements:
- Luxury/bespoke travel industry experience from a tour operator background with a proven track record in sales is a must.
- Experience is handling VIP and Middle Eastern clients for luxury travel.
- Fluent in English, additional language a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- You will possess exceptional attention to detail and must be capable of managing and overseeing client bookings, assisting them through the whole process from enquiry to return from travel.
