Duties of Restaurant Manager:
- Recruit all new food and beverage service staff.
- Ensure that all food and beverage service staff receive an induction on commencement and that all training is kept up-to-date.
- Plan & schedule restaurant management floor coverage.
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
- Actively seek ways to promote sales and improve profit margins with daily/weekly targets, while incentivise team members to maximize sales and revenue.
- Regularly review food uptake and guest satisfaction feedbacks and use to inform decisions regarding future pricing, food offer and consistent service delivery to achieve successful operating results.
- To work closely with reception and Front of House Manager on maximizing yield capacity in the restaurant.
- Ensure the food and beverage service team are aware of all current and forthcoming offers and promotions.
