Due to remarkable growth, we are now seeking one experienced Chef de Partie to join a cosy and buzzy modern bistro in the heart of central London.
The cooking is all about Franco-European dishes made with scrumptious tantalizing ingredients.
The menu includes a pig cheek nicoise salad, fried squid with a vadouvan aioli, grilled plaice with an oxidised white burgundy beurre blanc, samphire and radishes, a grilled rump of lamb with anchoiade and roscoff onions…that kind of thing.
The menu evolves continually week-on-week, which means out client is constantly developing new recipes and having fun in the kitchen. This low key Bistro have a great team of awesome people both front and back of house, and are really looking to continue to take the cooking up a level. Awards aren’t top of our clients agenda however are seeking Michelin Bib level execution, with three-star attention to detail!
