Due to remarkable growth, we are now seeking a Senior Pastry Chef de Partie and Pastry Chef de Partie to join an elite restaurant in the heart of London. Lucrative salary and benefits. The Pastry Chef de Partie shall be preparing dishes in conjunction with the Senior CDP’s, Sous Chefs and Head Chef, and is responsible for ensuring that standards are maintained within the section. We are also looking for a Senior Pastry Chef de Partie.
Pastry Chef de Partie duties:
- Produce all necessary food for all food service operations as required as instructed by the Senior CDP, Junior Sous Chef, Sous Chef or Head Chef.
- Ordering of food for his/her section of the kitchen.
- Ensure that all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe, and to the correct quantity.
- To ensure that the section is being kept clean and tidy at all times.
- To understand and comply with food hygiene regulations.
- Ensure that junior chefs and trainees receive the right training and optimum guidance for their development and roles.
- Attend training courses as and when required.
- Follow Health and Safety Policies and Procedures in every aspect and to be COSSH trained.
- Ensure all Junior and Senior Staff are up to date with menu changes.
Pastry Chef de Partie requirements:
- Ensure that a high customer service focus ismaintained, by approaching your job with the customers always in mind.
