This exciting opportunity is ideal for a travel sales professional from a tour operator or travel agent background with strong villa knowledge seeking career progression and a rewarding career. Mediterranean Villa Travel Consultant Duties:
- Arranging luxury villas across Europe, Africa and beyond for clients whilst offering excellent customer service.
- Building professionally secure and engaging relationship with villa owners.
- Working to nurture relationships with a pro-active attitude to ensure clients book again.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with new and established clients.
- Collecting all relevant information from clients to ensure that the property we offer matches their requirements.
- Ensuring that product knowledge is constantly kept up to date. This knowledge includes the villas themselves, the services experiences available and the areas in which they are located.
- Collaborating with and sharing knowledge with team members to help build and update the Villa Specialists’ team shared information.
- Participating in regular familiarisation trips to ensure product and location knowledge is up-to-date.
Essential Requirements:
- Extensive experience in luxury villa sales from a tour operator or travel agent background is essential.
- Creative thinker with a genuine passion for luxury travel.
- Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Extra languages a bonus but not essential.
