We are seeking an experienced France Villa Contractor to join a highly successful villa company to add more properties across France to its portfolio, London based, hybrid or remote working model.
Our client offers luxury villas across the globe and boasts a stunning portfolio of châteaux, manor houses and luxury villas. This exciting contracting role will require you to work closely with the France Product Manager, in order to contract new and existing product all over France.
This contracting role would suit someone with similar contracting experience in the travel industry, who has the ability to recognise the right product and negotiate the best conditions,
France Villa Contractor Duties:
- Grow and develop our portfolio of unique properties whilst ensuring its optimal performance
- Forging successful relationships with suppliers.
- Contracting new (and existing) properties
- Actively developing and growing the France programme
- Carrying out price and market analysis
- Preparing and analysing data and reports
- Liaising with the marketing team on special offers and marketing campaigns
Essential Requirements:
- Contracting experience within the travel industry (and ideally villas in France) is essential.
- Track record of results inside a product/contracting environment.
- Proven supplier management skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken French highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of France highly desirable.
We will consider applicants based in the UK looking for a full time or part time role and applicants based in France looking for a freelance role.
