This well known and successful tour operator offer its customers a wide range of holidays including luxury travel, tours, tailormade holidays, beach breaks, city vacations, self drive and adventure trips. The experienced travel consultant shall be using their knowledge and expertise of the USA, offer clients recommendations, switch and up sell, whist providing excellent customer service. You shall be creating tailormade holidays using a CRS and be making bookings over the phone and via email.
Our client rewards its employees with incentives, FAM Trips and career progression. To be considered for this role you must have tour operator or travel agency experience, be conversant with a CRS such as Galileo, Worldpan or Amedeus, (cross training will be provided) and be a peoples person. The experienced USA specialist must be competent using a PC, have excellent attention to detail and be passionate about the USA.
