USA & Canada Travel Specialist Duties:
- Crafting and designing a wide range of holiday types across USA and Canada. Holiday types include tours, cruises, tailormade travel, city breaks, rail journeys, luxury travel, adventure, the list is endless!
- Building a rapport with the client and establishing their needs.
- Using your flair for selling and inspiring the dream with travellers.
- Recommending a wide range of holiday types and products.
- Managing the customer from start to finish using your cutting edge customer service skills.
To be considered for this role you must be from a travel agent or tour operator with good knowledge of USA and/or Canada.
