Our client is an award winning, dynamic and long established adventure tour operator that offer inspiring adventure holidays around the world. Due to success and expansion, they are now seeking an experienced and passionate USA Adventure Travel Specialist to join their USA, Canada and Alaska team. This well known tour operator offer various destinations throughout the world including South East Asia, South America, Middle East, Indian Subcontinent, Australia & New Zealand.
This exciting USA Adventure Travel role entails a wide range of tasks in which no day will be the same, this includes:
• Meeting all client expectations
• Arranging tailormade travel throughout USA, Canada and Alaska
• Creating various travel types for clients including adventure travel, family vacations, walking, wildlife, cultural and group tours.
• Offering advice and recommendations for various trips throughout USA, Canada and Alaska
• Account Managing clients from start to finish
• Enhance customer experience and offer a cutting edge customer service
• Booking flights, accommodation, trips, tours and many travel extras
What are we looking for?
• Must have travelled either USA, Canada or Alaska
• Experience of Amadeus, Word, Excel and airfare quoting systems preferred
• Be commercially minded; revenue aware and conversion conscious
• Have excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
• A commitment to excellent customer service and support
• Have a high degree of accuracy and excellent eye for detail
