This exciting job opportunity includes an array of responsibilities including:
- Creating bespoke tailor-made travel itineraries
- Using your geographical knowledge to provide advice and recommendations to customers
- Up selling and switch selling
- Building a rapport with the customer
- Handling the customer from start to finish
- Arranging flights, hotels, villas, apartments, excursions, airport lounges, insurance and car hire
- Establishing the customers’ needs
- Using your customer service skills
- Participating in educational trips
