Our client is a leading and award winning inbound tour operator that offer travel services to the discerning clientele worldwide. With offices around the world they are now seeking an experienced Mandarin Speaking Travel Consultant to join their friendly team.
This position includes an array of tasks including co-ordinating client travel requests, providing excellent customer care, dealing with pre and book travel, booking hotels and VIP travel for groups and individual’s along with negotiating hotel rates.
This is an excellent opportunity for anyone that is proactive, able to solve problems under pressure in a very dynamic environment. You must also have the ability to communicate at all levels in a multi-cultural environment. Professional hotel and tourism qualification or work experience in the same area is essential.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must be from a travel background preferably with good hotel negotiation experience, be able to speak fluent Mandarin and have excellent attention to detail.
