Due to continuous success and expansion they are now looking for a Travel Specialist for its education department. As a Travel Specialist you will be responsible for the handling bookings, fielding a wide range of reservations over the telephone and via e-mail, whilst dealing with a number of administrative roles. The applicant ideally, must have dealt with places such as Iceland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Canada & Australia. This role includes array of tasks including upselling, dealing with client correspondences, tailormaking luxury packages along with amendments & production of itineraries. Only candidates from a tour operator background who have dealt with educational travel will be considered for this role. You must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail with CRS experience.
