This luxury travel company offers a range of elite European and worldwide luxury tailormade travel, package holidays, concierge services and events to the discerning clientele.
This role is ideal for a travel manager from a travel background from a travel agent or tour operator seeking something a little different in which career progression is on offer.

This well-established elite tour operator offers tailormade and package travel throughout Europe, The Caribbean, Asia, Indian Ocean, Australia & South Pacific, USA, The Middle East, Africa the list is endless! Each day will not be the same, duties include:
- Managing and motivating a team of travel sales consultants
- Product training
- Offering a cutting edge customer service
- Building relationships with customers
- Participating in exciting and inspirational FAM trips to increase product knowledge
- Responsible for the delivery and service for all aspects of the reservations process for clients travelling
- Holiday planning, educational / familiarisation trips and staff travel
- Team meetings and 1:1 meetings
- Manage promotions
- Enhance team’s product knowledge and ability to work effectively
- Arrange product training as well as relevant information and training for all ancillary products.
Requirements:
- Experience within a luxury tour operator or travel agency is essential as a manager
- Good knowledge of some worldwide destinations.
- Ideally customer contacts.
- An experienced manager looking to progress their travel career and grow within the company long term.
- Strong work ethic with impeccable customer service skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
