This is the ideal role for travel consultants who are looking to use their in-depth knowledge of constructing round the world itineraries where you will be creating luxury worldwide bespoke travel to Europe, Asia, South Pacific, North America, South America, Africa, India, Australasia, along with many other destinations, fulfilling your travel client’s brief and manage their expectations. You will be the principal point of contact for your clients, managing every stage of the sales, after-sales and travel experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating bespoke European and worldwide travel itineraries to the discerning clientele
- Offering advice and recommendations on destinations using your expert knowledge
- Up selling and switch selling
- Offering a genuine cutting-edge service to clients
- Dealing with the clients from start to finish

What we are looking for?
- Great relationship-building skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with clients and understand their ideal travel experience, before creating a bespoke itinerary that perfectly matches their needs.
- Extensive destination knowledge and the passion to continually stay on top of ‘what’s hot and what’s not’ in your specialist areas in order to ensure we are offering customers efficient customer service.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills throughout the booking to offer the best customer service before, during and after the trip.
- Enthusiastic phone manner to excite clients about potential or future trips
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure that all trips sold are executed perfectly on the ground and that all client correspondence is of the highest possible standard.
- Experience tailor-making luxury travel itineraries using CRS.
