This exciting opportunity is ideal for a travel consultant from a tour operator background or retail travel advisor who has travelled North America extensively and looking for career progression. The luxury tour operator have been established for decades and offer the discerning clientele a wide range of holiday types including weddings, honeymoons, luxury tours, tailor-made travel, cities, safaris, beach and ski packages.
This exciting travel consultant opportunity includes an array of responsibilities including:
• Creating luxury bespoke travel itineraries throughout North America to the discerning clientele
• Offering advice, recommendations on hotels and trips
• Booking flights, hotels, airport lounges, villas, travel extras
• Delivering a world class service to customers
• Building a rapport with the customer and establishing their needs
• Working with the product and marketing team to share ideas and promote our clients brand
• Liaising with suppliers
• Showing enthusiasm and passion on North America
• Account manage bookings from start to finish
• Participating in FAM trips to increase product knowledge
• Participating in events

To be considered for this role you must be from a tour operator or travel agency background, travelled North America and be conversant with a CRS/GDS system such as Galileo, Worldspan or Sabre.
