The role of the Team Leader is to support the Sales Manager with the day-to-day running of the department, ensuring that work is carried out accurately along with assisting with the recruitment of new consultants, interviewing, training, staff encouragement, along with creating incentives. This Team Leader role requires travel supervisory experience, maturity and professionalism as the Team Leader will be privy to management level conversations and be expected to set a good example at all times for the other consultants to follow. The ideal applicant will also be responsible for maintaining comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of products, participating in product talks and training visits.
To be considered for the travel team leader role you must have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others, have outstanding customer service experience and be passionate about travel.
