We are seeking experienced Business Travel consultants to work remotely or based in the Hertfordshire, Glasgow or Manchester offices to provide outstanding service to all new and existing corporate clients. This well established corporate travel company offers a range of business travel services across the globe to various industries.
All applicants must have extensive experience booking business travel via one of the major GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre.
Business Travel Consultant Duties:
- Taking enquires over the phone and via email for a various business travel accounts
- Booking all aspects corporate business travel
- Sourcing the best and most cost effective travel elements for corporate enquires.
- Responsible for end to end management and ownership of key business accounts.
- Issuing tickets and performing calculations and/or re-calculations for international and domestic airfares.
Essential experience:
- The successful candidate will have strong business travel experience and be extremely customer focused to offer exceptional service. A keen interest and enthusiasm for Travel, Sales and providing a quality service.
- Strong experience gained in Business/Corporate Travel
- Previous experience using Sabre or alternatively another GDS
- Experience of booking worldwide flights, hotels and car hire
- Knowledge of net and published fares
