We are collaborating exclusively with a luxury hotel in the Maldives who are now seeking an experienced On the Road Luxury Travel Sales Manager based in the South to promote this iconic hotels to agents. Exciting and varied opportunity ideal for a travel professional in a partnerships manager, business development manager or sales manager role seeking a rewarding and exciting career.
The primary focus of this role is to take responsibility for sales in UK market, generating and maintaining wholesale relationships, sales training, arranging sales calls & roadshows, identifying partnership & direct sales opportunities.
Must have strong existing relationships with Luxury Tour Operators, Travel Agents and Concierge companies.

Luxury Travel B2B Sales Manager duties:
- Developing and maintaining long term relationships with leading luxury tour operators, Luxury travel agents, Concierge companies, tourism bodies and affiliations to ensure market share and penetration.
- Schedule weekly face-to-face meetings & calls to provide sales training and updates.
- Organise and attend industry related functions, trade shows, exhibitions and resort-related events as per the Sales & Marketing plan or where required.
- Provide product training to tour operators and key travel agent partners through the use of sales calls.
- Be involved with client/consumer feedback in order to maintain a good understanding of the standards of each resort’s performance.
- Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the resorts and local area.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar capacity, within the luxury travel segment. Maldives/Indian Ocean experience and/or the canaries is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to present yourself with confidence, displaying strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent level of both written and spoken English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Outlook.
