This exciting opportunity is ideal for a leisure travel consultant seeking a career in business travel with GDS experience or an existing business travel consultant seeking something a little different.
This exciting role requires extensive travel experience and an ability to provide bespoke, white glove offering to our clients VIP travellers e.g., CEOs / CFOs.
VIP Travel Expert Duties:
- Acts as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful travel recommendations which provide the best traveller experience in each situation
- Resolves complex problems/escalations including non-standard and multi destinations, ticket exchanges and complex fares
- Proactively provides outstanding services including trip disruption management
- Provide the highest level of quality and customer care at all times
- Act with professionalism and efficiency to build positive customer relationships
Essential Experience:
- 5+ years of experience working as a senior or VIP business travel consultant
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong travel industry knowledge
- Skilled in GDS such as Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre.
