Due to success and expansion, they are now seeking an experienced travel consultant to join their friendly team. This exciting role entails a wide range of tasks in which no day will be the same, this includes:
- This Travel Consultant position involves the selling and handling of reservations and enquiries for various holiday types throughout the world.
- Booking flights, tours, adventure trips, spa holidays, tailormade travel, cultural tours, walking trips, car hire, excursions, plus many more exciting travel products.
- Using your product knowledge to provide recommendations and advice to customers
- Offering a cutting edge customer service.
- Building a rapport with customers, planning and designing their perfect trip and making it happen.
Person specification:
- Confident and proactive travel sales experience
- Experience working for a travel agency or tour operator
- Computer and Internet skills
- Great multi-tasker and organiser
- Excellent telephone skills
- Must be flexible, team-
- player and self-directed
- A professional demeanour and friendly attitude
