Travel & Operations Consultant
- Booking hotels, flights, car hire, travel extras.
- Support the day to day sales and operations department by providing comprehensive sales, administrative and customer service.
- Offering a fully encompassing support function to all travel trade account partners, suppliers and direct customers.
- Maximise sales leads generated from both travel trade and direct customers, by providing excellent customer service
- Organisation and administration of trade promotional events and competitions
Essential Requirements:
- Experience within the travel industry is essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including senior management.
- Use of Microsoft Office Applications – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Numerate and accurate.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
