Travel Operations and Customer Service Executive Duties:
- Action all booking confirmations and amendments including hotel, transfer and flight requests.
- Check and send confirmation booking invoices to agents and direct clients.
- Liaison with overseas Ground Handlers regarding any pre and post queries
- Dealing with pre and post booking support from Travel Agents & direct clients via phone and email
- Collate and check all final travel documentation and itineraries for dispatch.
Essential Requirements:
- Operations, sales support, customer service or administration experience within travel industry is imperative.
- Word & Excel.
- Excellent English (written & spoken).
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills are essential, both spoken and written.
