We are seeking an experienced Travel Lifestyle Consultant to join a highly successful travel company due to treatable growth, hybrid role London based. Ideal for an experienced Travel Consultant or travel account manager seeking something a little different.
In lifestyle management no two days are ever the same. You will use your knowledge, contact and know-how to deal with interesting and often complex requests. You will be based in the UK, and primarily be dealing in the following areas: Travel, Entertainment including restaurants and using your ticketing knowledge.
Travel Lifestyle Consultant Duties:
- Manage incoming travel & entertainment requests proposing an excellent choice of restaurant options, and fully engaging with the member to maximise the conversion of requests to bookings.
- Managing bookings for flights, hotels, trains, car hire, private jets, plus many more travel products.
- Maintain high standards of service and communication with the member throughout the request/member journey.
- Develop new relationships with HNW clients and managing existing accounts.
- Provide a wide range of lifestyle management services from private charters to concierge.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in leisure orientated sector of a business is essential such as travel agent, tour operator, airline ,hospitality, travel customer service or concierge.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer literate to a high level and proficient with all Microsoft Office programmes (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Having knowledge and experience in working in the travel sector with experience booking flights, hotels and making other travel reservations and have confidence in issuing tickets, making changes and amendments is a plus
- You must be flexible to work rotational shifts.
