This exciting travel consultant role entails a wide range of tasks in which no day will be the same, this includes:
• Using your North North & Central Asia destination knowledge you shall be designing luxury tailor-made itineraries for discerning clients.
• Creating tailormade travel to China, Japan & Russia
• Converting enquiries into a sale
• Offering a cutting edge customer service
• Participating in fam trips to increase product knowledge
• Selling flights, accommodation, trips, car hire, and many other travel extras
• Account managing clients from start to finish
• Attending PR events
• Keeping up to date with product developments
• Exceed customer expectations by going the extra mile
To be the cut above the rest you must:
• Proven sales experience from a travel background
• Ability to convert travel enquiries into a sale
• Have travelled to China, Japan and Russia
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ideally be degree educated
