They offer various luxury holiday types across the globe for elite travellers including luxury tours, adventure, city breaks, wedding, honeymoons, beach holidays, cultural tours, escorted tours and culture trips.
This exciting luxury VIP travel specialist role entails a wide range of tasks in which no day will be the same, this includes:
- Arranging worldwide travel itineraries for high net-worth individuals.
- Grow our clients ‘ultra-luxury’ business, targeting UHNW travellers.
- Organise and host private dinners for prospective and current clients.
- Visiting clients at locations to suit the client, being prepared with travel ideas that will inspire and delight the client.
- Help and prepare for and then attend client events and provide feedback and information on their requirements and future travel plans.
- To be responsible for the customer journey of every client throughout the whole sales process providing a consistent and excellent level of service.
- Arranging flights including first class, various type of luxury accommodation, excursions, tours plus many other travel extras.
- Offering a cutting edge customer service.
- Participating in bespoke FAM trips to increase knowledge.
- Using your worldwide travel knowledge to provide expert advice on various resorts.
To be the cut above the rest you must:
- Be from a travel sales background and well travelled
- Experience creating travel itineraries for VIPs from a luxury tour operator or travel agency background is essential
- Customer service focused with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle HNWC.
