Responsibilities:
This exciting opportunity includes an array of tasks including creating and tailor-making itineraries throughout North America including Mexico, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, San Francisco, Miami, Atlanta, plus many more exciting places. You shall be using your North America product knowledge and building a rapport with customers, converting enquiries into sales, up-selling, switch selling and providing best of service. Our client prides itself on the customer service provided by its award winning and friendly team.
This successful and leading tour operator offer a range of holiday types to its discerning clientele including fly drives, ski trips, honeymoons, weddings, beach holidays and escorted tours. Your hard work does not go unnoticed, consultants are rewarded with various incentives along with sociable working hours. Product and system training is provided along with the opportunity to visit various destinations within North America
