We are looking for proven experienced Luxury Travel Consultants to join a leading elite tour operator with a passion to sell luxury and bespoke tailormade holidays, primarily in the USA, Canada and South America region. Our client offers its discerning clientele a wide range of luxury tailor-made trips throughout Europe, USA, Canada, South America, Africa and the Pacific and due to the successful expansion of the North and South America product a new luxury travel role is on offer with a competitive salary and generous commission.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will have excellent North and South America destination knowledge on a luxury level and be from a tour operator or travel agency background, conversant with CRS. You must have proven track record in sales, ideally gained in a luxury or tailor made travel company, with excellent customer relationship skills needed to delight our clients. You shall be using your destination knowledge to wow customers, offer high quality tailor-made products over the phone, via email and face to face. The experience travel consultant shall be dealing with the customer from start to finish whist exceeding expectations. The consultant will be working along side the product manager in order to increase your first class product and region knowledge as expected by our clients. The experienced consultant shall be leasing with our clients preferred partners to offer high quality product and optimum return on sales and offer ancillary products to enhance our clients journeys.
