German Speaking Business Travel Consultant duties:
- Arranging and booking travel including flights, hotel, rail, events, meetings, travel extras etc for corporate travel clients.
- Offering excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
- Booking specialist fares along with crafting a range of itineraries across the globe.
- Using GDS system to secure flights – cross training provided.
- Communicating requests in a positive and friendly manner.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in business or leisure travel is essential.
- Fluent in writing and reading German & English.
- Legal right to work and live in the UK.
- Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo or Worldspan GDS experience.
