We are seeking an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join a highly successful travel management company in the entertainment department working fully from home.

Entertainment Business Travel Consultant Duties:
- Providing end-to-end, full scope travel services for the highest-level travelers in the Entertainment, News/Media, Sports professions.
- Creating and accurately completing complex travel requests (car, hotel, air, rail) for high touch accounts and top tier clients (VIP, Concierge, Film/TV Production, News and Publicity) travelers.
- Offering informed and insightful recommendations.
- Handling special requests common to entertainment/news industry (hotel upgrades, artist riders, junkets, charter flights, car service, excess baggage, production vehicles, etc.).
- Responding to requests (phone, email, chat) promptly and professionally.
- Demonstrating excellent professional customer service.
Essential Requirements:
- Business Travel Experience is essential
- GDS experience such as Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus is essential
- Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and providing white-glove-level service.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Solid grasp of world geography and international travel routings.
