An exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Corporate Travel Sales Consultant join this leading travel management company in their high spec offices in London. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced business travel consultant seeking something a little different.
This exciting Business Travel role entails a wide range of tasks in which no day will be the same:
- You will be responsible for managing an existing set of accounts and new clients – most of whom will be small corporates with some high-end VIP customers.
- Managing your own business with a turnover of over £1 million.
- Understanding the client’s overall needs, researching options, booking various travel types around the world, providing quotes, preparing and sending invoices and ensuring that all of the travel runs smoothly.
- Account managing clients from start to finish.
- While this is not a new business sales role, you will also have the opportunity to develop your sales skills by introducing new clients and earning a substantial bonus .
To be the cut above the rest:
- You MUST have business travel experience and be conversant with CRS / GDS flight systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo or Worldspan
- While our client provides leisure packages and group bookings, you must have a background in managing business travel.
- Self-starter able to work on your own effectively
- Be highly customer-focussed and able to cultivate and build relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills is essential.
