They offer corporate travel, events, VIP travel and bespoke leisure travel to private and executive clients across the globe. This role is ideal for an Amadeus Business Travel Consultant seeking something different in which career progression is provided. Your career begins here, duties include:
- Handling all travel requests from a wide variety of business travel clients
- Researching worldwide itineraries via Amadeus GDS to make propositions to clients that are both efficient and cost-effective
- Book and facilitate all aspects of the client’s travel, such as transfers, car hire, etc.
- Arranging added value items, such as airport transfers, VIP airport services, extra nights’ accommodation, car hire etc
- Work with Sales and Marketing to promote travel services
Knowledge and skills required:
- Business Travel Experience is essential
- GDS flight systems experience – Amadeus
- First-class customer service skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
